Sound Bath Meditation with David

Immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation, vibrational healing, and energetic renewal as our resident Sound Healer, David Garcia of Atlantean Sound Healing, guides you through a transformative Sound Bath Meditation.
Every cell in your body naturally resonates with vibration. During this immersive experience, a variety of sacred instruments are used to create layers of healing frequencies that encourage the body and mind to relax, release tension, and restore energetic balance.

Throughout the meditation, David will use Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Earth Drum, Gong, Chimes, Didgeridoo, and other healing instruments to create a rich soundscape designed to support your journey inward.
