At Miracles of Joy, we carefully prepare each order with intention and care.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Miracles of Joy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist if needed.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
