How to Use Your 7 Day Fixed Candle

Place your candle in a safe, undisturbed area where it can burn continuously. Before lighting, take a quiet moment to focus on your intention. You may choose to write a petition, pray, meditate, or speak your desire aloud. As you light the wick, visualize your intention already unfolding.

Allow the candle to burn safely for the full duration if possible. If you must extinguish it, do so gently and relight with the same focused intention. Pay attention to your thoughts, dreams, and shifts in energy during the burn.
